Jungle Val

Scientific Name: Vallisneria Americana

Appearance: Green, long, ribbon-like leaves that sway in the water current

Growth: Medium-fast; can grow from 2 to 6 feet long, often draping across the surface. Prefers a nutrient-rich substrate and benefits significantly from root tabs placed deep in the gravel.

Tank Placement: background plant for creating dense, natural underwater forests.
